We Need Your Help Planting Trees and Enhancing a New Wetland in Mission BC.
Tree Planting is a fun, rewarding, family oriented experience that improves local parks!

Date: Saturday November 04, 2023.
Start Time: 10:00 am until approximately 2:00 pm

Activities:
• Planting indigenous trees and shrubs at a newly created wetland
• Guarding trees from beaver herbivory
• Restoration Tour! (Showcasing the restoration work in-progress!)

What to bring and consider:
• Please dress for the weather. We suggest rain gear, boots and gardening gloves
• Please bring a water bottle

FVWC will provide:
• Shovels and tools for planting trees and herbivory guarding and will have hand, sanitizer and First Aid supplies on site.
• Some light snacks and refreshments
