Community Angels – Charity Concert – Faber Drive

A charity concert featuring Headliners Faber Drive as well as Alice Hardy, Just Off the Grid, XIX & Exspence. Money raised is going to Community Angels which are a group of local citizens that provides meals to low income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities as well as homeless.

We are a non profit, non funded group that provides meals from donations, volunteers and our own pockets. With providing these meals we have established connections with a lot of different citizens of Chilliwack including addicts living in the Downtown core.  Having established these relationships we are trying to implement the Needle Buy Back Program to help manage the outrageous needles scattered in our parks, schools playgrounds, and in our communities. To date we have collected and safely disposed of almost 15,000 needles. It has proven to be working but our only success have come from donations.
