The Annual Rotary Strawberry Sale Is Here!

This is the 28^th year for this event which provides a tasty treat for our supporters while helping to fund Rotary projects in our local communities.  Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. The monies raised are used in local community projects with a focus on youth, literacy, health and poverty.

All three Rotary Clubs in Abbotsford will be participating in the sale this year as well as Clubs in Mission, Langley, Burnaby and Tri-cities.  The Abbotsford-Sumas Club also makes the sale available in Chilliwack.

The sale starts on May 4th and runs for 5 weeks featuring fresh strawberries, washed, sliced and packed in their own juices – no sugar added.  Available in a 5kg (11lb) pail or a 13.5kg (30lb) family-size this product is great for smoothies, jams, desserts or can be frozen in smaller sizes for future use.

Simply order online at www.abbotsfordsumasrotary.org .  The Strawberries will be available for pick-up in Abbotsford, Burnaby and Tri-cities on June 15^th and in Mission, Chilliwack and Langley on June 8^th.
