To celebrate Local Government Awareness Week 2019, the City of Chilliwack will join communities across the province and plant a tree on May 21, 2019 in recognition of the local government profession and the essential services they provide to the community.

 

Media and the public are invited to join Mayor Popove and staff at the tree planting ceremony on Tuesday, May 21 at 10:30am.

The LGMA is a not-for-profit organization that supports the professional development of local government professionals across BC.
