Today we heard about Pepper. She is a German Short Haired Pointer X and about 5 years old.

Pepper was surrendered to the Chilliwack Shelter due to her living situation and has unfortunately been re-homed a few times during her short life.

Pepper is a sporting dog breed who will need lots of room to run around, lots of vigorous exercise and very active guardians.

The Chilliwack SPCA does not have a lot of background information on Pepper. In shelter, they have noticed that she is a fearful dog. Potential adopters may have to visit more than once, but once she gets to know you she is an amazing cuddle bug who loves to climb into your lap and give lots of kisses.

Pepper is very uncomfortable around children and does not react well to them so she will need to go to a child free home.

If you’d like to meet/adopt Pepper, please contact the Chilliwack SPCA at 604-823-6612.
