The Amber Alert issued for Alysha Lyle Valdes has been cancelled.

The 18-month-old and David Lyle were located in Merritt. He is now in custody. She is safe and unharmed.

The alert was issued earlier today after she was believed to have been abducted from a home in Tsawwassen by her biological father at 10:20 am on April 13, 2015.

Police say there was a domestic custody incident between the parents shortly before the girl went missing.
