Total Makeover Challenge

For the past 12 years we have been running a challenge for women in Abbotsford, called the Total Makeover Challenge. (www.totalmakeoverchallenge.ca) While many of the women who enter the challenge initially do so because they want to lose weight and would like support in their process, they quickly realize how much more is needed to become a healthy individual. This challenge takes them on an incredible journey which includes a personal growth weekend seminar, learning how to give back to their community, financial makeover, business skills, healthy lifestyle workshops, nutrition & exercise, public speaking, teamwork opportunities, leadership skills training, and so much more. Our goal is to empower women to grow, evolve, and become better people who can then contribute in more positive ways to their families and communities.
