The Star Cruiser, powered by Mertin Nissan and sponsored by Chances Chilliwack and JAGS Furniture and Mattress, had a weekend full of excitement!

We kicked things off on Saturday, September 24th at the Chilliwack Children’s Arts Festival at G.W. Graham Middle-Secondary School, and hosted a post-card making station in the gym! We met so many bright and creative kids and had a blast creating them with you! We hope you had a fun time getting art-sy with us!

Then, we hopped in our Cruiser and were off to the races… literally! We found ourselves right on the tarmac meeting some of the racers at the Agassiz Speedway Championship Night! We have to admit, it was a little daunting driving the track with a steady line of race cars behind us!

By Sunday, we still hadn’t satisfied our need for speed, so we headed out to Mission Raceway Park for the Motorcycle Races! Did you know that participants have just one hour between races to completely re-build their engines? We met so many motorcycle enthusiasts and learned something new from each and every one of you.
