Meet Miss Carter. She is a 4 and a half year old brown tabby cat. Miss Carter was surrendered to the Chilliwack SPCA as her elderly owner was ill and could no longer care for her. She is very affectionate and friendly with people. She would probably be best as the only cat in the house.

Miss Carter is spayed and declawed. (Declawing a cat is not recommended by the SPCA, however as she has already been declawed it is very important that she lives indoors only. She is unable to defend herself from other animals.)
